From my tests, with MC open, when waking a computer from sleep mode and going into the game, you get hit with a 70% decrease in FPS. This also disables Vertical Sync, even though it shows it is enabled. Turning it off and on does not fix the issue. When changing the way the window works, from "Fullscreen" to "Borderless" (If you have the Extras mod installed) or "Windowed, your frames shoot back up. Except it acts just like Vanilla with FPS set to Unlimited. Vertical Sync is still dead. Would love a fix.
