The glitch appears in the QIO dashboard from Mekanism, the same glitch was also appearing on the green parts of the Drives in the QIO drive array, but installing the mod RubidiumExtra fixed it, and yes, removing rubidium fixes the glitch, im using rubidium-0.6.2.
