[1.19.3] Whenever I render entities with Rubidium installed, I get a massive FPS drop

I am using Forge version 41.1.16. I have tested this with no mods other than Rubidium.
With Rubidium installed, default superflat world:
Looking at entities
Looking at the ground
No mods at all, just Forge and vanilla Minecraft, same default superflat world:
Looking at entities
Looking at the ground
The issue does not occur if I use Sodium.
