[1.19.2] Vanilla-style clouds in Complementary shaders are not visible

Vanilla-style clouds in Complementary Shaders are no longer visible. In 0.6.2 version they works just fine. I'm assuming it has something to do with that optimized cloud rendering.
A related issue is probably that Vanilla-style clouds are visible in all Ad Astra dimensions, including those that should have clouds (like the Moon). And indeed, the issue has to do with cloud optimization commit 6431c9a, as removing the optimization fixes cloud issue in Ad Astra dimensions for me.
P.S. I checked, the same thing fixes Vanilla-style clouds being invisible in Complementary Shaders.
