Rubidium Broke Skybox compatibility with other mods 1.20.1

Clouds are spawning in 1.20.1 on planets when rubidium is installed

rubidium + ad astra, go to planet

This issue arose in 1.19.2 from going from patch rubidium-0.6.2.jar --> rubidium-0.6.2a.jar

Please fix as this breaks all custom skyboxes from Ad Astra. I reported this to Ad Astra but they believe it is a Rubidium Issue
