[Infernal Mobs/1.12] Issues with Choke and Storm abilities

As you can see in CaptainSparklez's hardcore series of Hexxit II, the Choke ability's range is imbalanced as it does not let the player escape from the infernal mob. If the range can be tweaked and lowered a bit it would be ideal in my opinion:
As for Storm ability, it is problematic as when an infernal mob with Storm is stuck & hidden nearby a player's base, for example, they can get constantly struck by lightning without knowing why. In this case it might also be ideal to lower the maximum range or think of another solution to prevent this.
Lastly, I am aware you don't officially support 1.12 but I still thought it is worth to bring up the issues with the abilities so there is a chance they could be tweaked and then reenabled.
