1.18 Infernal Mobs - Neutral Mobs Effects Apply Without Angering the Mob

In the vicinity of neutral mobs like Zombified Piglin or Endermen with the following abilities:

  • Blastoff
  • Choke
  • Gravity
  • Poisonous

The player experiences their effects prior to acquiring aggro / angering the mob.

I believe this behavior is probably intentional and likely fundamental to the way the Infernal Mobs' abilities work. Nonetheless, it would be a nice enhancement for those abilities to remain dormant until the mob is hostile.

As far i remember, this stems from the fact these "neutrals" actually constantly target the players in their AI (triggering Mod attacks) but then decide not to attack unless triggered. I think i had no easy solution for this.
