Rune Magic is incompatible with Pluto's Drinks API

Describe the bug
While using the RPG Series of Mods, specifically any mod that uses their Runes, in conjunction with Pluto's Drinks API, the player is incapable of casting any spells that require runes while in Survival Mode. This issue is being crossposted between both mods in order to attempt to facilitate a fix.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download RPG Series Runes; RPG Series Wizards (Or Paladins and Priests; Death Knights; etc); and Pluto's Drinks API.
  2. Cast a spell in Survival Mode.

Expected behavior
The spell is cast correctly.
