1.3.0 incompatible with Immersive Engineering

@Kutomi1 discovered an incompatibility with IE: The newest version (1.3.0) has some kind of incompatibility with IE, because when I try to load a world it says "Errors in the currently selected datapacks prevented the world from loading"
