Only Aer Sconce have recipe in JEI/Thaumonomicon, and only they have aspect to scan/get.
Also, their "Element" seems to be hard coded for Vanilla Thaumcraft only, Vis Crystal added by other mods are not available, like Coralos from Abyssal or Tinctura from Planar. Could it be possible to make them use the "Aspect List"? Thaumic Addition use that to autoGen their BigCrystal.

This would require a rewrite, but is not out of the question.
