I tried remaking a seed I had been playing around with, this time with this mod running. A certain large oak tree in a certain clearing did not appear. I brushed it off as a minor difference due to added tree variety or whatever, but soon noticed that none seemed to be around. Flew around for several minutes, not one large oak tree. Tried bonemealing a bunch of saplings in a field in creative mode and not one came up large. Please fix. Genuinely ruins the mod for me.

Does removing Rustic solve the issue?
