Doing some testing, it seems the liquid barrels won't collect rain in dry biomes, such as savannah or desert, during the wet season. So it will be raining in those biomes, with rain particles, but the barrels won't collect water.

Wondering if compatibility between the two mods regarding rain collection is possible
