Make cheese customisable (more type of cheese) and perhaps maybe even custom jam

Problem or Reasoning
Custom Cheese would be nice for modpack maker, they could make cheese from modded mushroom (ex the Soul Shroom from "The Biome You'll Go") or even from other things then mushroom

How it will work
There is 2 solution
Either make Custom Cheese Culture also a thing, so you need to make the custom cheese culture and THEN you can create custom cheese, or, add a recipe format for datapacks so something else then cheese culture is put inside the milk (like the whole mushroom) or perhaps even both!
The config or the datapack would say what the cheese is going to give in food value and in effects
In addition, the datapack can give the texture of the cheese
