I hooked up a transfer node to my altar filling a blood tank and every time there is any blood in it at all I can right click and the amulet will fill with 1000mb. It doesn't seem to care that there is less than 1000mb in the tank, it will take what is there and give the amulet full credit.

I think I fixed that
