Setup to duplicate:

Place only 2 stone in the start chest, and it moves them to the altar, backstuffs the output duct with stone, then begins to fill the chest with stone.

I'm really not sure how to fix that. It might be hacky things done by Tesseracts, because it only happens with them. Other than that, I'm really not sure.
