I'm just throwing ideas here because I think it'd be really cool but I'm not sure if it's actually possible, but I think it'd be cool if there was interactions with From The Fog when you have both mods installed, perhaps Herobrine encounters would be dependent on your sanity level, or encountering Herobrine would lower your sanity? Like I said I'm not sure if something like this is even possible, but I wanted to give my idea just incase.

There is some minor compatibility already. I have both installed on 1.19.2, and Herobrine doing his "watch the player and then disappear when they see me" causes my sanity to be lowered. It is because he is classified as a hostile mob.
