I've been messing around with the conifg for a while and I'm wondering how I can lower my sanity faster when in dark areas, I'm not sure what values would need to be changed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Go to config and look for the darkness value. If you want sanity to decrease faster, just decrease the value that's already there. Higher negative values make sanity go down faster.
