may we have a fabric port of saturn? playing with it really makes a big difference!

Saturn is totally unnecessary if you installed ModernFix / Lithium as they both remove biome temperature cache.

Saturn added, and will add new optimizations, maybe in the future i will make forks for other modded environment platforms.
