[1.15.2] Crash -- Ticking Player leads to server hanging -> crash.

I am currently working on a modpack, and one of my players encountered a Ticking Player crash (link to log.)
Description
His description was as follows:
Got shot by an Illager & also got some kind of magic put on me, I think. That is right when the game hung then crashed.
Putting this report here because savageandravage was at the top of the stack trace. I am currently waiting to receive his save file so that I can try and figure out, myself, what exactly happened.
Modlist:
This crash was caused by Performant. It has been totally fixed. Sorry for the vague report!
