Mob still not spawning after set the "disableDragonAreaSpawns" value to false

I've set the value of "disableDragonAreaSpawns" to false, but all mobs on the island disappeared and nothing naturally spawn any more. I even can't spawn mobs by spawn eggs and summon command, some spawning by other mods also can't work. While fighting with enderdragon, mobs can only spawn by this mod.

Just set the value of "disableDragonAreaSpawns" to false and try, after you destroy a end crystal, any mobs will still disappear.
