Add: Recipe to turn clump to oil

There needs to be a way to turn the oil clump into a bucket item to be used in other mods as oil

There is no way to go directly to oil in the current version. Hence why the feature suggestion ticket exists :P

Though you can craft with a bucket to turn into fuel. As this was the original requested functionality of the mod.
