[Suggestion] Scale health with armor

So I was looking to use the "Armor Health" mod in a pack idea but I realized that it doesn't allow having a hybrid mode for it and/or it doesn't retain the toughness value.
So what I was wondering is, would you be able to make a feature for scaling health that allows you to increase health by a configurable number for each armor point which can still retain armor toughness for whichever armor pieces you're using?
Since I heard armor toughness lessens damage on higher damage attacks or something. Also a TRUE, FALSE or HYBRID mode set for it would be good. so you can replace armor value, replace it not, or add health for armor without replacing them.
Toughness could be a secondary option tag that could have the same effect. true, false or hybrid which replaces toughness with even more bonus health, doesn't touch it, or adds more bonus while retaining it.
There's also the option I guess for people to use unnatural absorption to gain absorption shields based on armor instead of hybridized aswell.
if you want to get really fancy you can style the bonus health points related to armor as little colored armor icons that look like hearts also along the bar for effect which get "Broken" when halved.
