Enhancement: better scaling damage functions

Is it possible to make it so that at set intervals so like at 50/100/150/200 I could set mob damage to go up drastically? Like x2/x3/x4/x5 etc? that would make the balancing for modpacks with super high achievable armor values a bit better.

Another thing would be is it possible to set the damage for certain entities? So bosses don’t feel so low end when the player has like 400 hp and 80 armor? Or maybe ignore part of player armor for bosses? Something like this minecraft:enderdragon damage x2 armor ignore 20% / mod_xyz: entity_boss_2 damage x4 armor ignore 40%

And lastly some mods add some sort of resistance value that flat out ignores damage like this armor ignores 90% dmg or this armor ignores 50% dmg many mobs struggle with that a a lot.
