This is a request for ScalingHealth
Features such as Base increase to health/damage (eg: I want to start a world with zombies having a base health of around 80, and significantly more damage, that slowly increases up from there, tweaking it with starting difficulty is close to it but not quite there)
Perhaps the ability to have a section of adding health/dmg after the mult has finished its changes.
