Suggestion Blacklist for the extra damage scaling for certain Entities

Suggestion Blacklist for the extra damage scaling for mobs so that only the damage extra scaling can be turned off or certain mobs but they will still get HP.
I have run into a small problem namely any summoned mob or pet gets extra damage as well making wolfs or spirits or even the already strong Electro blobs wizardry Mod Summons do immensely high damage. I want them to be able to still receive extra hp so they don’t die immediate from the stronger mobs but not having their damage upped from 50 to 500.
Is such a blacklist possible?
