Expected behavior

Keep my extra health.

Actual behaviour

Extra health keeps disappearing and resetting back to default 10 hearts.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Every time I go to the end my health is reset back to default. When I come back from the end my health is reset back to default.
Sometimes going to the nether or coming back does the same thing.
Sometimes just saving and reloading the game results in health resetting back to default as well.

Sometimes it's just visual and adding more hearts gets it to re-update the correct value, but other times it actually keeps resetting to default.

I have removed all other mods from my pack so I'm only running Forge and Scaling Health and the issue still persists. It's either an issue with Scaling Health or forge itself.

Issue is not isolated to just this version of forge or just this version of scaling health. I have seen this behavior in all 1.14.4 versions.

It's kinda pointless to even level my health up if it's just going to reset no matter what.
