Expected Behavior

Expecting the DoggyTalents' dog should be able to spawn using doggy charm, or using /summon even they are in the list of difficulty_exempt.json, so they will not be affected by the health scaling/damage scaling from ScalingHealth.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens, but an error of null exception did show up in the console log related to ScalingHealth.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Add DoggyTalents-1.16.4-2.0.1.2, Link: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/doggy-talents/download/3151201.
2. Add ScalingHealth-1.16.4-4.0.2+2.
3. Add SilentLib-1.16.3-4.9.1+64.
4. Go into single-player/multiplayer world.
5. Set into creative mode, search for Doggy Charm.
6. Right-click doggy charm on any block to spawn the dog.
