Can not find damage sources for vanilla /figure out how to add them for damage scaling

putting: types = "onFire"
scale = 1

Instantly crashed me, the default here was 'cactus' I believe

What I was trying to do was have burning mobs, Ex: day time, burn faster at higher difficulty

  • I figured out a way I could do it was set generic scaling, but it says there that's not recommended to use which is worrying

Improvement would be maybe just list all the vanilla damage scaling there, but defaulted to no scaling, I believe older version 1.12 did/does this

Would love if this was added or least some info on it somewhere, ty
