[Suggestion] Mobs from Spawners don't Affect Difficulty OPTION

What Should Be Added or Changed?

  • Add an option in the config so that mobs that are spawned from spawners do not affect the difficulty going up.

Why Should This Be Done?

  • Right now if I create a mob grinder (especially near the beginning of the game), it boosts my difficult by a lot which artificially boosting the difficulty in a way. Would be a nice option to toggle for players who like to create mob grinders from spawners.
