For some reason the version prevents the server from starting up.
But it does work in Singleplayer.
In the attachments I added the modpack i'm running in curseforge

I Can Confirm what HaikaDraigne is saying. The server will just hang at "Detected new forge version, registering events reflectively."
There is no crash report because it never gets that far. Its not a crash, its a lock up.

I'm going to test an isolated environment and report back with additional details. Thank you for your time.

Clean Install, still locks up:
latest.log
Locks up and will not Progress, just hangs

With Additional Mods:

When The mod is removed from the mod folder, the server starts up normally.

That is not the debug.log file, there should be a much bigger log file.
Also try and remove other mods see if they fix the problem. I tested SH on a server alone and it worked, another mod might be causing issues with SH

Yes. Updated to new forge (x.x.10) seems to have cleared it up.

Give logs please, and never as a donwload, but on a paste site like gist.
