Expected Behavior

The config to generate on both the server and client (not the "scalinghealth-client" config or the "scalinghealth-server" config in world/serverconfig)

Actual Behavior

The two configs i mentioned before generate, but they have very limited options to change. The other configs i know from older version do not generate. I also can't edit the config via the GUI ingame, the button is deactivated.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1.Install scaling health on server or client
2.run the server/client
3.there are only the two small config files
