Config file was there, had to reload server files

1.19.2 most recent version as of now
Yesterday the config files were in the config directory, now they are not.
Same file versions , same forge version
The mod is working but there is no way to change any single setting besides whats generated in the world folder.
Which basically breaks the mod....
Please include a config file or leave it for us to download somewhere, thanks!
