Expected Behavior
When i relog on the world, i want the exact same amount than wheni log off.
If i set 30s for the initial time, and 10s for tickdelay of regeneration, it need to be 30s befor the first regen, and 10s between the followings.
Actual Behavior
When i relog on the world (not the first time), i've more health than expected. I've to /kill to get my expected health.
The initial time, and tickdelay of regeneration, is not applyied (i can see the value on debug overlay, i regen like vanilla)

Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- Add the same datapack with 'player.json' (just change startingHealth, initialDelay and tickdelay)
- Create a new world (all here work as intended)
- Quit the game, and relaunch.
- Tada...
