Distance + Time Difficulty scale not changing over Time

Expected behavior
- Difficulty to increase while remaining in one area, while decreasing when moving further from spawn.
Actual behaviour
- This time, the time setting seems to be ignored. Only adjusting difficulty based on distance.
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Set Area Mod to Distance_And_Time
- Set Difficulty Per Block to negative value (-0.25)
- Set Increase Per Second to positive value (10)
- Testing shows that the difficulty does not increase based on time.
Sorry to re-add. The negative value in the distance modifier worked, it now adjusts appropriately based on distance, but the Time modifier seems to be broken.
