[Suggestion]: Blight Soul-Binds

I'm thinking something that punishes the player for running away from a blight which they've engaged.
After striking a blight, a bind is created and if that blight despawns without being killed (as a result of a player running far away) the player takes a damage equal to a configurable percentage of of their HP.
This issue has been automatically marked as stale because it has not had recent activity. It will be closed if no further activity occurs. Thank you for your contributions.
I think it should just be you get a warning spooky sound and it spawns an ender particle at your location, then after a delay the blight just comes in and tried to telefrag you and continue chasing you. so the blight essentially becomes like a grim reaper "pursue and destroy" guy that once you see him and try to fight him he'll come after you.
Instead it'd be on a time delay after the blight losses lock on you. but there could also be potential here for ways to avoid said blights with some other mechanics perhaps.
