rotating schematic retains original orientation for rails

When you rotate a schematic, the original orientation for certain blocks (most notably rails) is retained. The blocks reorient as they're placed, but are then highlighted as incorrectly placed.
This is for version 1.7.8.161 (1.11).
The mapping is most likely outdated, have to check if it still happens in 1.12.x. Won't be fixing it in 1.11.x or earlier though.
