I would like to know what the 'timeout' setting is (in printer settings) and also how to adjust the playerQuotaKilobytes settings properly according to each server. Thank you very much :)

Correct. It doesn't affect the client.

playerQuotaKilobytes is for schematics saved on the server itself, right?

There are not issues, but rather questions, which are better off being asked on the forum thread.

servers can freely disable the mod if they choose to
there is no universal/best settings for the mod to work fast and well, you have to adjust the placement speed yourself on a per server basis because it relies on ping, FPS and many other variables
timeout is the amount of time (in ticks) that the printer will wait in between block placements to the same position (if you were to break a block, it would try to place it again after X ticks)
playerQuotaKilobytes is a server only setting
