This is likely a server side plugin blocking the mod from placing the blocks.

Does it work you you manually place a block or if you look directly at a block as if you wanted to place it? This feels like an anti cheat plugin that prevents you from placing any blocks at all or possible a build restriction plugin (as in, you can't even build in that area).

im 100% sure it doesn't block schematica, i have seen my brother (as i said up there) use printer on the same exact server, and staff/freinds on the server use it also.

Now the mod began to put blocks, but still they are poorly placed. Before that, almost could not put more than one block in the past video. I can put blocks myself when the printer is turned on by hand.
