whenever i load a schematic it turns out like this.

There are some things that could cause this problem.

1. Optifine. Try mess with the settings.
   If not Optifine, it may be another FPS mod you have on.
2. A mod. I see you are using Pixelmon, which is dis-continued for Minecraft.
   Make sure to test each mod by in-dividualy taking them out and loading Minecraft.
   Make sure you downloaded your mods from OFFICIAL websites.
3. Try pressing F3+A to reload chunks.
   Or try press F3+T to reload textures.
   For laptops make sure to press LCTRL along with them.
4. Outdated mods/versions.
   Try making sure all mods (and your Minecraft version) are up to date.
5. Minecraft.
   Sometimes it can be your client/.minecraft folder that does this. Try re-installing or repearing Minecraft.
6. Malware.
   No easy way to say it, but malware on your computer can cause glitches like this.
   Download EVERYTHING from OFFICIAL websites and DON'T click on ANY suspicious websites.

If NONE of these are the problem then it might just be the mod its self/conflictions.

Try and disable Anisotropic Filtering.
Find it under: Video Settings -> Quality -> Anisotropic Filtering: OFF

Edit: also disable shaders

restart Minecraft and load the schematic back in.
