Scooter crafting recipes do not work in crafting inventories bigger than 3x3

I don't know any crafting table mods that add big crafting inventories (>3x3), but vanilla works perfectly fine with big crafting inventories.

This issue reflects the FIXMEs in hibi.scooters.recipes.ElectricScooterRecipe and hibi.scooters.recipes.KickScooterRecipe.
