as you suggested I posted issue in optifabric's repo and got this response link (idk how to send that response here without a link ) in short they are saying its the mod dev thing cause using 1.1.7 or old one causes no crash

I managed to replicate your issue and I found out it comes from an incompatibility with optifine/optifabric. If you really wish to get this error fixed please open an issue on OptiFabric's github repository with the "Mod Compat" label. I can't help you further for now.
I'm therefore closing this issue.
