[suggestion]: config to remove/specialize a mob cap

when the horde is active, pretty much ALL other hostile mobs just... dip. they can't spawn, because the horde takes up the mod cap right away... so why not just make a separate mob cap for the horde? It can be a config, since otherwise lower end PCs might struggle with loading so many entities at once
Especially if you are using Moss overgrowth, for example in one of my worlds I had moss overgrowth up to max level and none of the sculk horde mobs were spawning because there was a couple hundred moss overgrowth mobs at my base.
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/adaptive-performance-tweaks-spawn I have been using this mod for the time being, I don't know if you might be able to get something out of it, but it does have a individual mob cap for the sculk horde

I know about that mod, but it messes with a lot of other mods I play with and prevents them from spawning bosses and such, so I don't use it.
