My entire modlist is also in this same log

It seems to have nothing in common with having different mods, more of a config problem.
I'll give a temporary fix: I've replaced contents of a default config file with this, though I'm not sure how I launched a game with the mod and how it generated this config.
Not closing the issue until @anviaan notices this.
