Both the dyed stain glass and dyed brick blocks are having issues with transparencies. The brick's linework renders pitch black, and the glass is solid colored.

dyed bricks are also rendering improperly for me. see image below.

also, other transparent items such as iron bars and stained glass will not accept dye. Spawning in the dyed block manually, however, does allow for those items to be dyed.
