Incorrect translation names for buttons in Add Server screen

Some of the translations for the Add Server screen have incorrect names (not values) in en_us.json.
seamless_loading_screen.config.serverDisplayMode->seamless_loading_screen.server.displayModeseamless_loading_screen.config.serverDisplayMode.description->seamless_loading_screen.server.displayMode.description(unsure about this one)seamless_loading_screen.config.displayMode.enabled->seamless_loading_screen.config.displayMode.ENABLEDseamless_loading_screen.config.displayMode.freeze->seamless_loading_screen.config.displayMode.FREEZEseamless_loading_screen.config.displayMode.disabled->seamless_loading_screen.config.displayMode.DISABLED
(The flipping of the server address and server name is caused by another mod, this issue still persists without any other mods)
