Such a feature could be done in the future, but I would need to investigate how hard such would be exactly.

not sure how it would be possible to make it do the second half of the request (without a screenshot already saved), but changing the menu panorama is just taking 6 square screenshots facing in the cardinal directions to a folder, and the game makes that into the panorama (it's basically just a custom skybox)
