[Enhancement] Improve dimension detection to accept custom settings (FabricSeasons)

As things are right now, the HUD does not show up if you are in a custom dimension, even if you have that dimension whitelisted within the FabricSeasons .json file. Could that be addressed down the road? Thanks, and apologies if this is no longer viable.
