Crash on launch with BlockColors

Minecraft v1.14.4
Forge v28.1.107
Secret Rooms v6.0.5

I get this crash almost immediately on launch. Something to do with BlockColors.
Probably to do with Optifine HD U F5

I realized this mod crashed because of a mistake I made with the compact ores config file, but I'm not sure why it caused this mod to crash.
