[suggestion] Crops treat one way glass like vanilla glass

It would be quite nice for hidden gardens if it could act like glass above crops (i.e. crops can see the sky through it). If not for 1.12.2, then 1.14.4 could have it.
Crops not growing underneath one-way glass? I guess so. Haven't had time to check, could check today.
