Issue description

I was playing on the offical server and when I used my limited use keycard which was in a keycard holder with another keycard which is almost the same except for the level (level 1 keycard and level 2 keycard same signatures) it didnt take away any uses. If I take out one of the keycards and use it works (keycard not in the keycard holder).

Steps to reproduce

1. Put a limited use keycard in the keycard holder. (set the uses for example 1)
2. Use the keycard holder on a keycard reader (not a lock)
3. Check the keycard (it should have the same uses as before which is 1)
4. Take out the keycard and use it without the holder
5. Uses should be 0.
